Thank you all for being so proactive regarding repairing my Electrolux dryer issue! The technician (Jack) arrived today and knew exactly what the problem was; there are three fins attached to the inside of the drum - one being longer than the two others that would cause the rugs to get caught in the vent or drum while spinning. Jack has ordered a smaller fin and will return to replace – this should solve the problem.
