How do I set the temperature for the grill plates?

You will need to select either ‘panini’ or ‘griddle’ mode using the mode control knob.

In ‘panini’ mode, both grill plates will be heated to Low, Medium or High, based on the selected setting.

In ‘griddle’ mode, you will need to use the dual temperature controls to set each plate to the desired temperature.
