We take your product feedback seriously. So seriously, that we will make product changes based on what you say. In a recent example, we made changes to a Room Air Conditioner to make it better tailored to your needs. In our consumer feedback we discovered that there was no way to move the vents, so there was no control over which way the air was blowing. 

We took that feedback and implemented changes based on it. The following year we built the product so that the air vents could move horizontally versus one direction straight ahead. This is just one example of how important your consumer reviews are to us!
