Kitchy Kitchen’s Kitchen Renovation

My husband and I recently bought a new home, and the kitchen was the main focus of the renovation because it is my key workspace and prime shooting location. It has to be functional, but it also has to be camera-ready.

Our house is a classic mid-century, single-story home, and it had this odd knuckle of small rooms surrounding the kitchen. The goal was to create a professional-grade kitchen with a closed floor plan allowing for some privacy for my work. We stuck to a simple and sophisticated white kitchen format, which also helped keep our costs low. We were able to add character in the details like open shelving, backsplash, ceramic pieces, my favorite gold accents, and of course Frigidaire Professional appliances.
