    Cooking Instructions:

    1. In a 2-gallon pot begin by cooking onions, garlic, celery and carrots until tender.
    2. Add salt, pepper and chopped tomatoes to pan.
    3. Bring to a boil and add vegetable stock, thyme and beans to pot.
    4. Select slow cook setting at 300 degrees. Cover and place in oven for 1 hour.
    5. Remove from oven and add ditalini pasta to soup.
    6. Place back in slow cook oven for 30 minutes.
    7. Remove from oven and serve with toasted bread.

  2. 1 cup celery
  3. 1 cup onions
  4. 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  5. 2 cups vegetable broth
  6. 1 lb dry ditalini pasta
  7. ½ cup white beans or 1 cup canned
  8. ½ cup red beans or 1 cup canned
  9. 2 tbsp chopped thyme
  10. 2 tbsp garlic
  11. 2 tbsp olive oil
  12. salt and pepper
